The ordering process in our store is very simple and consists of several steps.
1. Product selection
You can select the necessary product using left menu, where all types of fabrics can be found. While choosing the product, you can use the search field and filters. Using the filters, you can set a price range, colors and further parameters.
2. Adding products to the cart
Once you have selected a product, click on the "Add to shopping cart" button. The number of added goods and their price will be displayed in the field "Shopping cart", which is located in the header of the web-site. For fabrics, you should specify the length in meters, but not less than 0.5 meters.
After you have added all the necessary items, click on the "My shopping cart" field. This page has a list of all the items you selected. In the field “Quantity” you can change the quantity of goods that you would like to buy. After changing the quantity of goods, all the prices will be recalculated automatically. You can also remove unnecessary items by clicking on the delete button.
3. Order confirmation
After you have completed and checked your order, click on the "Continue" button.
Choose delivery and payment methods. To complete the order, you need to click the "Order" button.
4. Order processing
The orders are usually processed from 10.00 to 18.00. On weekends and holidays there may be a delay.
After ordering goods on our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your e-mail address. Then our consultant will contact you to clarify the order details and answer all your questions. The ordered goods will be reserved at the warehouse and prepared for shipment.
Our consultant will inform you about parcel shipment by phone, or will send information about shipment to your email address.
